Recipe of the Week
Perfect drink for the current wintry weather:
Hot Chocolate
Makes 4 cups
- 4 c whole milk
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs plus 1 t unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 4 heaping tbs finely chopped or shaved semisweet chocolate
Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the
chocolate has melted (do not let boil).
Pour into mugs and serve.
